Delivery times
Delivery times are counted in calendar days from the day we accept your cargo, Sundays and holidays included.

Land and sea times are from Manila. Times can be longer in peak season and typhoon months.
Air cargo must reach the hub 5–6 hours before its flight.
How we compute your price
- We charge by the heavier of the actual weight and the volume weight.
- For air cargo, the volume weight is length × width × height in centimeters ÷ 6,000.
- Sea freight is priced per cubic meter (CBM), port to port, with a minimum of 1 CBM. Pickup and door delivery can be added for ₱900 per CBM each, plus VAT.
- Each box is priced on its own. A big box holding smaller boxes counts as one box.
- Weight is rounded to the nearest kilo: 1.1 kg counts as 1 kg, and 1.5 kg as 2 kg.
- Every shipment needs a declared value, and we add a valuation charge based on it.
- We add 12% VAT and, where they apply, other charges such as a security fee, a documentary stamp and a fuel surcharge.
- Extras we quote case by case, such as delivery to a barangay outside our regular delivery area, oversized pieces and peak season, are confirmed with you before you book.
What you can't ship
We follow the rules of the airlines we fly with, so what you can send depends on each airline's policy. Dangerous goods are accepted only after we classify and approve them, with the right permits and documents, and extra fees may apply (sea cargo has a dangerous-goods fee). Please ask at the hub before you pack.
We check permits and documents when we accept your cargo, and at pickup our rider opens and checks the parcel with you. Describe your items honestly: it keeps everyone safe and protects your claim.
