Book your shipment at any of our hub counters. Here's how it works and what to bring.

Book at the counter
Tell us what you're sending, where it's going and what it's worth, then choose air, sea or land.

Drop it off or book a pickup
Bring your cargo to a hub, or request a pickup. Our rider opens and checks the parcel with you before taking it.

Track it
Enter your tracking number on our website to follow your cargo from pickup to departure, arrival at the destination hub, and out for delivery.
Have these ready
- The sender's and receiver's names, addresses and mobile numbers
- What you're sending, and how many pieces
- Its declared value: what your cargo is worth
For air cargo, bring it 5–6 hours before the flight.
Collecting at the hub
Bring three things:
- the receiver's valid ID
- the booking number
- an authorization letter from the receiver, if someone else is collecting for them
