How shipping with KKL works

  1. Step 1: Book your shipment

Book at any of our hub counters. Tell us what you're sending, where it's going and what it's worth, then choose air, sea or land.

  2. Step 2: Drop it off or book a pickup

Bring your cargo to a hub, or request a pickup. Our rider opens and checks the parcel with you before taking it.

  3. Step 3: Track it

Enter your tracking number on our website to follow your cargo from pickup to departure, arrival at the destination hub, and out for delivery.

  4. Step 4: Delivered, or collected at the hub

We hand it to the receiver or someone they authorize, with an ID check, a signature and a photo. Or the receiver collects at the hub with a valid ID and the booking number.

Frequently asked questions

How do I book a shipment?

Book at any of our hub counters. Have these ready: the sender's and receiver's names, addresses and mobile numbers, what you're sending, how many pieces, and its declared value. Each customer uses one mobile number. You can also sign up for an account on our website.

Do you deliver to my barangay?

Ask at your nearest hub. If we serve a barangay, we can both pick up and deliver there. Some barangays we serve are outside our regular delivery area: we still go there, but an extra charge may apply, quoted on request. Today we serve Metro Manila and parts of the Visayas and Mindanao, including Puerto Princesa.

How is the shipping price computed?

We charge by the heavier of the actual weight and the volume weight. For air, volume weight is length × width × height in centimeters ÷ 6,000. Sea freight is priced per cubic meter (CBM), minimum 1 CBM. Each box is priced on its own, and weight is rounded to the nearest kilo (half a kilo rounds up). Every shipment needs a declared value, and we add a valuation charge based on it. Then we add 12% VAT and, where they apply, other charges such as a security fee, a documentary stamp and a fuel surcharge. Your quote shows our standard charges. Extras we quote case by case, such as delivery to a barangay outside our regular delivery area, oversized pieces and peak season, are confirmed with you before you book.

How can I pay?

At the hub counter, you can pay in cash, or charge the shipment to your corporate account if you have one. All prices and payments are in Philippine pesos.

How do I track my shipment?

Go to Track on our website and enter your tracking number. You can check up to 5 at a time. You'll see each step: picked up, arrived at our hub, handed to the airline (for air cargo), departed, arrived at the destination hub, out for delivery, and delivered.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times are counted in calendar days from the day we accept your cargo, Sundays and holidays included. Air (Normal Booking): 2–3 days. Land trip: 3–5 days to the Visayas, 5–7 days to Mindanao. Sea freight: 5–7 days to the Visayas, 7–10 days to Mindanao. Land and sea times are from Manila. Your booking shows the expected delivery date. Times can be longer in peak season and typhoon months. See the full table in our Shipping guide.

What items can't I ship?

We follow the rules of the airlines we fly with, so what you can send depends on each airline's policy. Dangerous goods are accepted only after we classify and approve them, with the right permits and documents, and extra fees may apply (sea cargo has a dangerous-goods fee). Please ask at the hub before you pack. We check permits and documents when we accept your cargo, and at pickup our rider opens and checks the parcel with you. Describe your items honestly: it keeps everyone safe and protects your claim.

What happens if you can't deliver my cargo?

We try to deliver up to 2 times. If we still can't deliver, the cargo goes back to you, the sender. If the address was wrong or incomplete, the return, or a new delivery, counts as a new shipment and normal freight applies. Fees are refunded only if the failed delivery was our fault. Please double-check the receiver's full address and mobile number when you book.

How do I collect my cargo at the hub?

Bring three things: the receiver's valid ID, the booking number, and, if someone else is collecting for the receiver, an authorization letter from the receiver. Check the hub's opening hours on our hub list before you go.

How do I open a corporate account?

Businesses and online sellers register as corporate customers, with the company TIN. Credit terms of 15 or 30 days are available with a signed agreement. Each invoice is paid in full, and we accept withholding tax where it applies. If your account goes over its credit limit, booking on account pauses until the balance is settled. Ask about rates for regular volumes at any of our hubs, or message us on Facebook.
